• Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including lead generation and database management • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload • Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain)
