📋 Description

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction • Own delivery performance, including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs • Supervise and coordinate teams of 10–20 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams • Ensure excellence in project delivery across Data and AI • Support the definition and presentation of client proposals as the main technical and business point of contact • Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement • Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment • Drive farming initiatives by identifying new opportunities, crafting innovative proposals, and fostering sustainable account growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments • At least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams • Proven background in technology consulting (mandatory) • Experience managing complex projects and international clients • Experience owning delivery KPIs, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management • Strong technical expertise in Data and AI (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) • Knowledge of Cloud (Azure or AWS) and Web • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
