📋 Description

• Manage the Polen platform on a day-to-day basis. • Manage the flow of information between the CRM and the Polen platform. • Configure and adjust supplier approval and negotiation pipelines in HubSpot. • Propose and implement data and system improvements in collaboration with the Technology team. • Generate data and system insights for the Operations team. • Map and improve the Operations team’s processes and routines. • Provide day-to-day tactical support to the Operations team. • Support compliance processes, including supplier approval and document audits. • Act as a liaison with the Technology team to implement automations and integrations. • Support the training and onboarding of Operations team members. • Keep the team up to date on new technologies and processes related to platform or CRM workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Applied SQL: ability to write queries—not just interpret existing data—in order to propose and implement solutions with the Technology team. • Data management: maintain an organized, structured, and consistent database across the CRM, Polen platform, and tracking spreadsheets. • Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills: combining large datasets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/INDEX functions. • Experience configuring or adjusting processes in a CRM such as HubSpot or a similar platform, including pipelines and automation. • Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and vice versa, maintaining direct communication with the Technology team regarding integrations and automation. • Experience with process improvement: identifying bottlenecks, proposing and implementing adjustments, and working independently. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple areas, including operations, data intelligence, and process management. • Clear communication skills to answer technical process questions and serve as the team’s subject-matter reference within Operations. • Preferred: previous experience with BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse. • Preferred: experience using AI tools for data-related work, such as Claude Code, to accelerate querying, prototyping, or automation. • Preferred: previous experience in Business Operations or Revenue Operations; experience in recycling, reverse logistics, or the environmental credit market; or experience supporting compliance or audit teams.
