📋 Description

• Validate the origin and destination of each invoice used to substantiate the credit. • Review documentation for partner suppliers and keep the license records up to date. • Validate invoices and recipients. • Verify the material purchasing criteria for each invoice, including CNPJ, business activities, and contract details. • Apply issuance standards and physical feasibility criteria, including alerts for volume and mass, duplicates, frequency, geographic criteria, and operational capacity. • Prepare buyer dossiers and notify suppliers when necessary, observing deadlines and following up as required. • Approve purchases and contract finalization with suppliers based on invoice validation. • Verify licenses and operating permits according to the relevant business activity. • Keep records organized, follow up on missing documents, and flag documents nearing expiration. • Approve operator onboarding based on document validation. • Stay up to date on regulatory matters affecting the sector and participate in webinars and events. • Contribute to continuous process improvement on the Polen platform alongside the Technology team. • Organize data and reports related to compliance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing supplier onboarding and audits, including document review, technical visits, and approval, rejection, or suspension of partners according to regulatory criteria. • Understanding of environmental licensing, including searches in systems such as SIGOR and SINIR. • Critical and detail-oriented review of invoices and tax documents. • Practical Excel or spreadsheet proficiency: cross-referencing large datasets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP/INDEX functions. • Clear, objective writing: drafting notifications sent by the company to suppliers. • Traceability: documenting what you do and why.
