• Sourcing new partners for the reverse logistics program • Acting as an intermediary between cooperatives/associations and the company • Identifying and negotiating opportunities to supply recyclable materials • Providing technical support in commercialization processes

• Experience with cooperatives, associations, or businesses related to recycling • Strategic mindset • Negotiation skills • Good rapport with organized groups of waste pickers, cooperatives, or sector operators
