📋 Description
• Prospect new customers and potential markets • Develop relationships with producers, integrators, cooperatives and distributors/resellers • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms • Monitor orders, deliveries and after-sales • Meet targets for sales volume, revenue and product mix • Maintain an active and sustainable customer portfolio • Monitor customer performance • Identify growth opportunities • Work on reactivating inactive customers
🎯 Requirements
• Sales experience in agriculture / animal nutrition • Active customer portfolio or strong regional relationships • Basic technical knowledge in animal nutrition • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented • Availability to work in the field
