📋 Description

• Build and monitor robust ETL/ELT pipelines using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer • Develop high-performance SQL scripts for complex data transformations across multiple datasets • Contribute to the design and refinement of Star/Snowflake data models • Identify and resolve data pipeline bottlenecks, optimizing query speed and cloud cost-efficiency • Partner with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Actuaries to translate business logic into technical specifications • Participate in peer code reviews and maintain data warehouse documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional data engineering experience, specifically within cloud-based data warehouses • Solid experience with the Google Cloud ecosystem, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and IAM best practices • Expert-level SQL proficiency, including window functions, recursive CTEs, query plan analysis, and writing DDL • Strong grasp of partitioning, clustering, and data warehousing lifecycle management • Excellent written and communication skills in English language • Proven experience working with US based business teams • A quiet, dedicated workspace • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps
