📋 Description

• Examine property documents to identify key pieces of information about the property. • Validate the correctness of key information online and search for more relevant details to add when possible. • Accurately and consistently add information and associated details to the property record. • Manage caseloads and priorities to ensure quick turnaround and positive customer experience on time-sensitive tasks. • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary. • Meet metrics for the position. • Work directly with product and engineering teams to improve property data discovery and ingestion processes. • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English reading and writing skills. • Solid ability to find information on the internet. • Great attention to detail and close to zero errors. • Solid written and spoken communication skills. • Strong time management skills and a committed work ethic. • Very positive attitude and willingness to learn from and accept mistakes. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to understand priorities of different cases and manage own workload. • Intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies. • Ability to learn quickly, be resourceful, and seek out appropriate points of contact. • Team player. • A quiet space to work. • Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. • Proven experience working with US based business teams. • Excellent written and communication skills in English language. • Full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST).
