📋 Description

• Perform professional accounting activities related to general accounting, fixed assets, capitalized software, and operational accounting • Control, monitor, and review accounts for accuracy, documentation, and compliance • Review financial reports and statements • Apply audit techniques and practices to ensure integrity and accuracy of recorded financial information • Review staff work, including invoices, vendor detail, journal entries, and account reconciliations • Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations • Review and analyze financial data and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports • Support management with ad hoc requests • Partner with managers and internal teams to maintain processes and controls • Participate in annual, quarterly, and monthly processes with external and internal audit teams • Ensure compliance with internal policies, relevant regulations, and accounting principles

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in a corporate finance setting • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a corporate finance setting • Must have prior SOX experience • Prior Capitalized Software experience a plus • Demonstrates wide-ranging experience in job function • Acts independently; determines new methods and procedures on new assignments • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Strong English communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining completeness and accuracy • Collaborative, customer-centric approach with ability to work with business units, accounting, and finance functions • Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) • Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability • Prior NetSuite and FloQast experience a plus • Experience working with global and/or US based business teams • Quiet workspace and internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
