📋 Description

• Work independently, performing professional accounting activities related to general accounting, fixed assets, capitalized software, operational accounting, etc. • Controls, monitors, and reviews accounts to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with all pertinent procedures and regulations; reviews financial reports and statements; applies audit techniques and practices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of recorded financial information. • Review the work performed by staff including but not limited to invoices, vendor detail, journal entries, and account reconciliations. • Prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations as assigned. • Review and analyze financial data and assist with preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports. • Support management with ad hoc requests. • Partner with managers and internal teams to maintain processes and controls related to assigned areas of work. • Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly process with both external and internal audit teams. • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, relevant regulations, and accounting principles.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in a corporate finance setting. • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a corporate finance setting. • Must have prior SOX experience • Prior Capitalized Software experience a plus. • Demonstrates wide-ranging experience in job function. • Acts independently; determines new methods and procedures on new assignments. • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - ability to analyze complex information and reach clear, concise conclusions. • Strong English communication skills - effective at soliciting information and cooperation at all levels of the organization. • Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of completeness and accuracy. • A collaborative, customer-centric approach with the ability to work with business units, accounting, and finance functions. • Strong computer skills are required, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). • Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability. • Prior NetSuite and FloQast experience a plus.
