📋 Description

• Perform professional accounting activities related to general accounting, fixed assets, capitalized software, and operational accounting. • Control, monitor, and review accounts for accuracy, documentation, and regulatory compliance. • Review financial reports and statements and apply audit techniques to ensure financial information integrity. • Review staff work, including invoices, vendor detail, journal entries, and account reconciliations. • Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations. • Review and analyze financial data and assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports. • Support management with ad hoc requests. • Partner with managers and internal teams to maintain processes and controls. • Participate in annual, quarterly, and monthly processes with external and internal audit teams. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, relevant regulations, and accounting principles.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience in a corporate finance setting. • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience in a corporate finance setting. • Must have prior SOX experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Strong English communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining completeness and accuracy. • Collaborative, customer-centric approach. • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). • Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability. • Workspace with a quiet place to work and internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload. • Experience working with global and/or US-based business teams. • Prior Capitalized Software, NetSuite, and FloQast experience is a plus.
