📋 Description

• Review creative assets for MLR compliance before client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review • Perform final quality checks on approved landing pages, ads, emails, and creative before launch • Operate Veeva Vault PromoMats, including annotations, claims, references, submission tracking, and 2253 filing packages • Enforce brand, design, style guide, and specification standards across healthcare deliverables • Review copy for grammar, tone, messaging accuracy, approved claims, and brand voice • Build, maintain, and improve QA standards, checklists, and review processes • Maintain Asana boards and deliverable trackers, coordinate feedback cycles, traffic tasks, manage timelines, and organize client assets • Coordinate with Creative Project Managers, Account PMs, cross-channel PMs, and client points of contact • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department • Meet KPIs for first-pass approval, QA turnaround, pre-launch error rate, 2253 filing accuracy, and current QA documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, agency or in-house, with direct exposure to MLR review workflows • Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 • Knowledge of fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded vs. disease-awareness content rules, and 2253 filing requirements • Veeva Vault PromoMats experience highly preferred • Strong eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across paid social, display, landing pages, and email • Ability to document, maintain, and improve QA standards independently • Ability to review creative work and provide clear, actionable feedback to designers, copywriters, and freelancers • Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management platforms • Experience working alongside project management teams in a fast-paced agency environment • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required • Bonus: Veeva PromoMats certification, modular content strategy experience, or experience with pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients
