📋 Description

• Own execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within the assigned book of business • Tie campaign efforts to clients’ broader business goals • Collaborate with account leadership to develop and evolve service strategy within the broader media mix • Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management • Own and execute performance marketing through paid social and paid media native platforms • Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads • Execute campaign builds and production end-to-end across channels, coordinating with Specialists where applicable • Lead performance optimizations relative to goals • Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes • Own strategic and proactive internal communication regarding performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items • Deliver weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations • Own performance reporting and strategy communication • Create performance reports and presentations end-to-end • Use data to tell a story and communicate results and next steps to clients and stakeholders • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department • Manage a portfolio of 5–7 accounts and support KPIs including team-member EBITDA and client churn

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years in an agency setting • Minimum 2 years of Direct Response marketing experience, specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development • Significant campaign management experience with one or more of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company
