📋 Description

• Serve as the communications and coordinating hub between account-team members and clients • Manage and deliver digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion • Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Asana and communication channels • Create and execute deliverable plans and revise them as requirements change • Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication • Support account calls with recaps, action items, Asana assignments, and follow-up • Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule action items • Provide progress updates and reports to internal teams and client stakeholders • Conduct risk management and escalate issues proactively • Identify process improvements and solutions • Ensure on-time delivery, establish project-management best practices, and maintain client/account-team communication

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment • Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, and Analytics • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change • Comfort with conflict management and mediation • Ability to direct teams in task prioritization and execution while facilitating multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Strong organization, time management, business ethics, and political awareness • Flexible problem-solving and openness to organizational change • Ability to think independently and work autonomously
