📋 Description

• Serve as the communications and coordinating hub between account team members and clients • Manage and deliver digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion • Manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional team members using Asana and communication channels • Create and execute deliverable plans and revise them as needs change • Oversee scope, risk, schedule, quality, and stakeholder communication • Support account calls with detailed recaps, action items, Asana assignments, and follow-up • Evaluate new work requests, identify resources, assign responsibilities, and schedule action items • Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and client stakeholders • Conduct risk management and escalate issues proactively • Identify process improvements and possible solutions • Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality project and deliverable completion • Drive adoption of PMO templates and processes, document time savings, and establish project management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required • Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading projects and supporting client deliverables in a digital marketing agency environment • Strong proficiency with Asana as a work management platform • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Subject matter familiarity in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, and Analytics • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change • Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation • Ability to direct teams in task prioritization and execution and facilitate multiple simultaneous projects in a high-pressure environment • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Process-driven, highly organized, methodical, and able to manage time effectively • Strong business ethics and political awareness • Enthusiastic, committed, flexible problem-solving attitude and openness to organizational change • Ability to think independently and work autonomously
