📋 Description

• Review creative assets for MLR compliance before client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review • Perform final quality checks on approved landing pages, ads, emails, and creative before launch • Manage Veeva Vault PromoMats workflows, including annotations, claims, references, submission tracking, and 2253 filing packages • Enforce brand, design, style guide, copy, and approved-claims standards across healthcare deliverables • Build, maintain, and improve QA standards, checklists, compliance guides, and review processes • Maintain Asana boards and deliverable trackers • Coordinate timelines, feedback cycles, task trafficking, client stakeholders, client points of contact, and cross-channel project managers • Organize client-provided assets within Power Digital’s file structure • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for departmental work • Achieve defined quality KPIs, including first-pass approval, turnaround time, pre-launch error rate, filing accuracy, and current QA documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English required • 4+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical creative production, agency or in-house • Direct exposure to MLR review workflows • Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 • Knowledge of fair balance, ISI placement, branded vs. unbranded vs. disease-awareness content rules, and 2253 filing requirements • Veeva Vault PromoMats experience highly preferred, including annotation, claims management, and submission tracking • Strong eye for brand consistency, design quality, and copy accuracy across paid social, display, landing pages, and email • Ability to document, maintain, and improve QA standards independently • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback on creative work from designers, copywriters, and freelancers • Proficiency with Asana or comparable project management platforms • Experience working alongside project management teams in a fast-paced agency environment • Bonus: Veeva PromoMats certification, modular content strategy experience, or work across pharma-regulated and non-regulated healthcare clients
