📋 Description

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against client goals • Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors that could negatively impact client revenue • Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes • Lead proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels • Analyze campaign data and client-specific sources of truth, including MMTs, to develop actionable insights • Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage experimentation • Apply advanced technical knowledge across attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, measurement frameworks, MMTs/LRAs, and channel-specific best practices • Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal teams • Lead strategic conversations around media buying, performance opportunities, and optimization plans • Escalate performance risks early and distinguish normal fluctuation from genuine account risk • Serve as a key strategic leader within the department and account teams • Complete new business appraisals for the paid advertising product as needed • Coach junior talent through knowledge-sharing and team ceremonies • Execute recommendations from the Power Circuit solutions roadmap • Leverage AI technologies to enhance workflows, outputs, and business efficiency • Integrate Power Digital’s nova ecosystem tools and methodologies into daily responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with at least 2+ paid advertising channels • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and other applicable paid advertising networks • Experience with bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and optimizations • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s) • Proficiency in Google Analytics • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed • Excellent interpersonal skills • Confident with client-facing presentations and communication • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently • Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
