📋 Description

• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely, thoughtful communication with every candidate. • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers—taking full ownership of tasks like resume vetting, proactive outreach, daily screening calls, and end-to-end interview coordination. • Stay organized, move with urgency, and deliver accurate reporting. • Play a key role in sourcing efforts, using creativity and strategy to attract top talent across the U.S. and LATAM.

• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapts readily to evolving priorities and growth • Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team setting • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy in all tasks • Proven experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse stakeholders • Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently. • Values driving diverse talent and proactively building talent networks • Exposure to recruitment and/or HR • Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
