📋 Description

• Execute video editing deliverables for assigned pods and owned accounts • Collaborate with editors, designers, ACDs, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Strategy teams • Create engaging, performance-driven video content • Craft original and iterative ads for Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Optimize output using performance metrics, external references, and social trends • Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, file organization, and file naming • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Use Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem within the department • Own post-production work for up to 20 clients • Meet weekly projections of 5–7 tasks • Avoid errors and late submissions • Ensure output meets internal and client brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English • 4+ years of video editing experience • Motion graphics experience is a plus • Proficiency in video editing tools and software, including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples • Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously • Creative and innovative thinking • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
