📋 Description

• Work closely with a team of editors, designers, and ACDs in the execution of all video editing deliverables for your pod and owned accounts • Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels • Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts • Collaborate with our Production & Strategy teams to craft both original and iterative ads for various marketing channels, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube • Continuously optimize output by applying learnings from performance metrics, external references, and popular trends across social platforms • Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, project file organization, file naming, etc. • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus) • Proficient in various video editing tools and other software (Adobe premier, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.) • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples • Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously • Creative and innovative thinker • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
