📋 Description

• Talk directly to customers and review support requests and feedback • Analyze customer usage and decide what to build for the assigned area • Document product decisions and rationale for team feedback • Ship early versions to selected customers and iterate based on feedback and usage • Build complete features across data model, backend, frontend and UI • Provide support for the assigned area and resolve customer issues • Measure whether launched features are used and solve customer problems • Add support answers to the knowledge base and update internal agents for automation • Import customer file storage into document management with folder structures and AI assistance • Investigate and correct inaccurate inbox-agent responses • Improve agent sandbox adoption and simplify setup • Identify and streamline repetitive property-management workflows • Work with TypeScript, Convex, Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Vercel AI SDK and LiveKit • Build with Claude and use AI tokens as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English • More than a year of experience shipping production code • Customer-focused product mindset • Good eye for aesthetics and UI design • Ability to build clean, simple and intuitive interfaces • Ability to complete features through production and validation • Ability to make product decisions based on customer feedback and usage data • Strong written communication for issues, proposals and PR descriptions • Understanding of customers, pricing and retention drivers • Ability to use AI for coding and evaluate AI-generated code and architecture • Automation mindset • Generalist able to learn quickly • Nice to have: own product or side project used by real people, or direct customer experience • Nice to have: database design and query performance/cost optimization experience • Nice to have: production agents, queues and long-running workflows experience
