📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and IT transformation projects, from scoping and planning through implementation and successful closure. • Define project objectives, scope, timelines, resource planning, and delivery approaches to ensure efficient execution. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams across all project phases. • Manage cross-functional and international teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence in complex environments. • Apply project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices to manage risks, dependencies, and quality standards. • Ensure that solutions align with business objectives, operational processes, and long-term scalability. • Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and delivery quality while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. • Lead workshops, steering committees, status meetings, and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and alignment. • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, demos, and solution planning during pre-sales and business development activities. • Mentor and support junior consultants and project team members in their professional development. • Drive a collaborative team culture focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and client impact. • Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and additional value creation for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry • Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager • Proven track record working as a functional lead or business analyst in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Commerce projects • Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering • Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred • Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations) • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset • Experience working in remote and international environments • Fluent in German & English • Experience working in or with large international consultancies (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, Capgemini, or similar) • Worked across multi-country project settings, navigating both business and IT stakeholder landscapes
