📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architectural design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, including Retail Execution, Offline Mobile App, Trade Promotion Management, and DSD/Van Sales • Define system topologies, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks aligned with Salesforce architectural best practices • Architect offline mobile synchronization strategy, optimizing local device payload sizes, historical data ingestion, and sync performance for field representatives • Translate FMCG commercial goals and business problems into scalable technical solutions • Work closely with Business Consultants and understand the workflows of Key Account Managers and Field Sales Representatives • Conduct architecture reviews and evaluate custom code versus point-and-click configuration or out-of-the-box capabilities • Govern platform technical debt, oversee code reviews, and ensure project quality • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce Developers, System Integrators, and Technical Consultants • Design integrations between Salesforce CG Cloud and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, Warehouse Management Systems, and supply-chain tools • Use middleware or REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations • Architect data pipelines • Serve as a trusted technical authority for cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders • Bridge business strategy and enterprise technology for scalable, stable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced professional with a proven career trajectory evolving from a technical/hands-on background (Developer) or business/functional background (Business Analyst, Consultant) into a Solution Architect role • Experience leading end-to-end processes, including functional discovery, designing commercial/FMCG processes, and facilitating interactive business-to-technical workshops • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical decisions to executives and non-technical stakeholders • Confident presentation skills, including crafting executive slide decks and communicating architecture clearly • Ability to act as a trusted, principled advisor and uphold architectural standards and platform integrity • Deep functional domain knowledge in FMCG/CPG industry processes • Advanced expertise in Salesforce CG Cloud Offline Mobile App architecture and sync engines is desirable • Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce platform security, Large Data Volumes (LDV), and Governor Limits • English language skills at C1 level required • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-market rollout environments • Innovative mindset, adaptability, and continuous-learning ability • Proactive approach to ambiguity, scope shifts, and high-tempo project delivery • Proven track record leading at least 2 full-lifecycle enterprise implementations of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or legacy CloudSense/AFS Retail Execution platforms • Additional language skills, such as German, are beneficial • Must be located in one of the employer's legal entity countries: Germany, Greece, or Portugal
