📋 Description

• Act as Finance Business Partner to commercial, operations, and product teams • Build and maintain financial simulation models, including business plans, unit economics, and deployment scenarios • Model and present ROI and TCO for infrastructure deployments directly to clients and partners • Support the commercial team throughout the sales cycle • Own monthly financial reporting and profitability analysis by site or unit • Track KPIs including margin, cash conversion, and payback period • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting • Challenge operational assumptions with business teams • Analyze manufacturing and deployment cost structures and identify optimization opportunities with industrial and production teams • Prepare financial materials for executive committee, board, and investors • Support due diligence for fundraising or asset financing • Collaborate with finance teams across group operating companies on model consistency and consolidated reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance • Experience ideally in a capex-intensive environment such as infrastructure, energy, industrials, telecom, or data centers • Excellent financial modeling skills, including advanced Excel, ROI models, NPV/IRR, and multi-scenario business plans • Ability to present and simplify complex financial analysis for non-financial audiences, including clients and partners • Understanding of cost and profitability mechanics of physical assets, including capex, depreciation, operating costs, and recurring revenue • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and rigor under time pressure • Fluent English is mandatory • Working knowledge of French is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with shifting priorities and limited established processes • Prior experience in AI infrastructure, cloud, data centers, or renewable energy is a plus • Familiarity with project finance, leasing, or structured financing for industrial equipment is a plus • Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments with consolidated reporting is a plus • Interest in Power BI, SQL, and scripting is a plus • Prior consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience focused on infrastructure or energy transition is a plus • Occasional travel to client sites and HQ • Required application information includes total years of experience, ideal compensation, and relevant experience with NetSuite ERP, accounting automation/AI initiatives, accounting standards, and professional accounting qualifications
