📋 Description

• Own enterprise customer onboarding, including access, networking, storage, server handover and first workloads through production • Act as the first technical point of contact for enterprise customers • Troubleshoot and own technical issues through resolution, coordinating with internal teams • Support pre-sales activities through technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demos and POCs • Design and run POCs with clear technical success criteria • Debug customer inference and multi-GPU workloads hands-on with customer engineering teams • Monitor account health, identify technical risks, communicate incidents and RCAs, track uptime and surface potential blockers • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, SRE and Engineering to translate customer requirements into technical solutions • Improve the enterprise customer experience by addressing recurring technical problems and improving onboarding and operational processes • Independently manage technical discovery, POCs, workload troubleshooting and ongoing account health for enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing technical role • Experience working with cloud infrastructure, GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure or enterprise compute • Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux, virtual machines, Kubernetes, networking, storage and NVIDIA GPUs • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and AI workloads alongside experienced customer engineers • Experience running technical demos, POCs, implementations or enterprise deployments • Strong understanding of production infrastructure and ability to distinguish customer-facing issues from underlying SRE/engineering problems • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Highly proactive and autonomous • Strong ownership mentality • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built • Fluent English required
