Pratham International is a US 501(c)(3) within the Pratham network that supports education and youth training initiatives worldwide. It adapts and scales Pratham’s evidence-based innovations — such as the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) and the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach — to help local communities, NGOs, and governments improve learning, early-years education, assessments, youth skilling, and digital initiatives. Launched in 2023, Pratham International provides programmatic and technical assistance and partners across many countries to implement context‑tailored education and livelihoods solutions.

📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework for external learning providers • Assess identified providers and scan additional India-based and international options • Produce a comparison matrix, shortlist assessment, and recommendation with rationale and trade-offs • Recommend the blended delivery model, cohort sizing, scheduling logic, and quarterly structure • Structure provider conversations and demos, test recommendations with stakeholders, and support selection • Support scoping with the selected partner and clarify PI and partner responsibilities • Anchor end-to-end cross-cultural sensitisation delivery for the PI team • Contextualise content to PI's network structure, entity mix, and cross-cultural team dynamics • Own cohorting, scheduling, communications, leadership framing, completion tracking, and follow-up • Produce rollout plans, calendars, participant communications, completion and feedback data, and a post-rollout report • Design the quarterly onboarding process for new hires, including enrollment triggers, cohort limits, ownership, tracking, escalation, and budget • Map recurring onboarding programs and hand over documentation, templates, trackers, and partner-facing routines

🎯 Requirements

• India-based, with availability for late-IST calls • Demonstrated experience designing and rolling out capability-building or L&D programs for globally dispersed teams • Experience with blended delivery and evaluating, selecting, and managing external learning providers • Strong written outputs that senior stakeholders can decide from • Able to work independently in a lean organisation • Familiarity with inclusion, DEI or cross-cultural content is desirable • Nonprofit or international development experience is desirable • Exposure to LMS platforms is desirable • Availability for calls typically 7:00–10:00 pm IST • Ability to sign PI's standard confidentiality agreement before starting
