📋 Description

• Research, plan, and create content for physicians and medical professionals across SEO, email, and social media • Maintain and continuously improve the website and landing pages, with a focus on conversion • Build and scale the content pipeline, including with the support of AI tools • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns • Collaborate with Sales and coordinate internal and external communications • Ensure accurate data and conversion tracking • Interpret performance data and derive actionable measures • Support CRM-based initiatives for existing customers, including newsletters, referral programs, and onboarding communications • Collect testimonials, case studies, and social proof for the funnel • Report directly to the executive team and manage your own marketing budget

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or healthtech • Experience with a CMS (WordPress or similar) • Experience coordinating external service providers (agencies, freelancers) and partners • Native-level written and spoken German • Experience in healthcare or with complex B2B products (nice to have) • Good English for tool documentation and international resources (nice to have) • Experience using AI tools to scale content processes, such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity (nice to have) • Initial experience in performance marketing (PPC, paid social) (nice to have) • Experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or HubSpot and marketing automation platforms such as Clay or n8n (nice to have) • Startup experience (nice to have)
