📋 Description

• Serve as primary client liaison and provide outstanding customer service • Participate in proposal activities, client presentations and bid defenses • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders and financial health • Oversee project profitability, billable hours, billing and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk management and mitigation • Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness and corrective/preventative action plans • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare project status updates, KPI reports and presentations for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and drive study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol and study issues and implement necessary actions • Deliver formal presentations to colleagues, investigative staff and clients • Ensure study-specific training and compliance • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense preparation and travel • Mentor associate, project and senior project managers • Contribute to departmental updates and company SOP development • Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure corrective action • Complete organizational training, time reporting and administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field for EU candidates; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for the position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in cross-functional project management • Strong understanding of cross-functional management • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management and change management • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management • Expert understanding of project management software • Strong influence, negotiation and conflict management skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
