📋 Description

• Serve as primary client point of contact and participate in proposals, client presentations and bid defenses • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders, profitability, billable hours, billing and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk mitigation and change management • Ensure project quality management, eTMF inspection readiness and corrective/preventive action plans • Establish tracking metrics and prepare status updates for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and advance study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and communicate protocol or study issues • Deliver formal presentations to colleagues, investigative staff and clients • Ensure study-specific training and compliance • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid-defense preparation and travel • Mentor project managers and contribute to SOP development and departmental updates • Provide performance feedback and address project-level performance issues • Complete required training, time reporting and administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• EU: Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in cross-functional project management environments • Strong understanding of cross-functional management, project planning, risk management and change management • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management with ability to implement independently • Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, negotiation, critical thinking, decision-making, analytical and interpersonal skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
