📋 Description

• Serve as the primary client point of contact and participate in proposal activities and client presentations • Oversee all aspects of clinical research trials and assigned study portfolios • Direct project managers through project establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing • Manage study budgets, scope, change orders and financial health, including profitability, billable hours, billing and forecasting • Develop or oversee comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk management, mitigation and change management • Ensure quality management, eTMF inspection readiness, quality notifications and corrective/preventive action plans • Establish tracking metrics for trial and team progress • Prepare project status updates, KPIs, solutions and opportunities for clients and senior management • Lead internal and client meetings and drive program or study-level strategies • Oversee cross-functional project teams and trial execution • Communicate protocol and study issues to sponsors and Precision management and implement necessary actions • Conduct formal presentations to colleagues, investigative staff and clients, including bid defenses • Ensure study-specific training and compliance throughout projects • Support business development and marketing activities, including bid defense preparation and travel • Mentor associate project managers, project managers and senior project managers • Participate in departmental updates and company SOP development • Provide ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews for functional team members • Identify project-level performance problems and ensure operational corrective action • Perform other duties assigned by management • Remain compliant with organizational training, time-reporting and administrative requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred for EU candidates • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for the position • Minimum of 5 years of direct project management experience • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies • Mastery knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant Precision SOPs • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Highly experienced in a cross-functional project management environment • Strong understanding of cross-functional management • Strong understanding of project planning, risk management and change management, with awareness of appropriate escalation • High level of integrity and professional and ethical standards • Ability to lead and inspire excellence within a study team • Demonstrated excellence in time management, negotiation, critical thinking, decision making, analytical, interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Expert understanding of project management software • Highly experienced in pharmaceutical and/or device research • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk management and change management with ability to implement independently • Highly developed customer orientation, influence, negotiation and conflict management skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays
