📋 Description

• Support client business processes and operations activities to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables • Communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and standard operating procedures • Execute and improve predefined operational processes • Analyze structured claims and patient datasets, including DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims • Build and optimize SQL queries and pipelines; use Excel and Python for automation and analysis • Implement process improvements with the Senior Data Analyst and Operations Delivery Lead • Develop understanding of operational processes, data, tools, and technology to translate between business and technology • Apply quality checks and validations and report results to the Operations Delivery Lead • Execute operational models with standard procedures, quality assurance, governance criteria, and documentation • Coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure delivery within established timelines • Test new and updated operational procedures • Coordinate multiple tasks and work on multiple client assignments • Collaborate with internal PMG teams • Track unplanned internal and client tasks • Conduct secondary research and investigate client questions related to operational deliveries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related quantitative discipline (Engineering or Physical Sciences) • 1–2 years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel with VBA, and PowerPoint • Ability to create custom code mapping to project business objectives • Experience with US datasets such as claims, formulary coverage, affiliation, shipment, and other publicly available datasets • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting, or Analytics Consulting is advantageous • Experience working with people in different time zones • Experience leading delivery of analytic results to internal or external clients • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship • Preferred: Master’s degree, MBA, PGDM, or equivalent • Preferred: Product development, management, or operations experience • Preferred: Excel, Tableau, or Power BI modeling capabilities • Preferred: US healthcare expertise
