📋 Description

• Serve as content experts on assigned projects • Contribute to the development and delivery of client outputs • Apply analytical skills to derive insights and solve complex client problems • Independently procure information through secondary research using internal databases, published literature, payer/HTA websites, and industry sources • Develop discussion guides, screeners, and stimuli for primary research with global stakeholders • Participate in and, when fully capable, independently conduct primary research interviews with healthcare stakeholders • Conduct desk-based research addressing key client questions • Prepare client-ready presentations with clear analytical structures, strong storylines, and actionable insights • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting recommendations on launch pricing, market access strategy, and value communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Public Health, Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, or MBA (from a reputed institution) • 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, pharma market access, HEOR, competitive intelligence, or healthcare and lifesciences research • Strong desire to learn and grow rapidly in a global consulting environment • Passion for the healthcare and life sciences industry • Ability to conduct high-quality research • Ability to work in detailed, dynamic, cross-cultural environments • Analytical skills • Ability to collaborate with senior consultants and global teams
