📋 Description

• Ensure infrastructure compliance supporting a global network • Analyze, design, acquire, and implement server, application, network, and other infrastructure projects • Contribute to development, testing, evaluation, and design of infrastructure architecture • Act as a subject matter expert for server, operating system, virtual machine, and storage infrastructure • Lead systems deployments, configuration, monitoring, and reporting • Maintain infrastructure operations and keep documentation current • Analyze anomalous server and system activity according to Premier SOPs and take appropriate action • Lead troubleshooting and problem solving for client issues related to server and application performance • Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, guidance documents, and industry practices • Coordinate resources, project schedules, and communications for infrastructure changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting • Research and recommend improvements to data center, server, and application architecture • Schedule and chair meetings with key staff to facilitate operational requests within IT and the business

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree • 5–8 years of direct experience in a distributed compute environment supporting Microsoft Server OS, server hardware, storage technologies, firewalls, and network environments • 5+ years of significant network-related systems and technology experience in IT operations • Direct experience supporting Microsoft Server OS, server hardware, storage, firewalls, and network infrastructure in a distributed compute environment • Hands-on experience with Azure RBAC, day-to-day Azure operations, maintenance, deployment, and core Azure • Data center experience • Strong familiarity with fundamental network engineering skills • Experience managing projects within a standard project management framework
