📋 Description

• Coach and train sales team from prospecting to scheduling qualified meetings • Develop scalable processes for consistent success • Achieve sales targets and enhance team performance • Provide coaching and training to Sales Development Representatives and Lead Development Representatives • Ensure CRM hygiene and maximize sales efficiency • Build reports/dashboards for sales activities • Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience • Professional English and strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Cold emailing, social selling, and cold-calling experience • General knowledge of domain setup • Resourceful - ability to find solutions to new problems • Scrappy and fast - ability to create ad-hoc training and resources • Analytical - strong data-driven approach • Strong business acumen • Able to handle multiple priorities and time pressure • Eager to build hype around productivity and gender equality
