📋 Description
• Manage a portfolio of 5–8 partner organizations, building deep relationships and working closely with their leadership teams. • Ensure organizations are on a trajectory to reach millions of children, providing the right support at the right moments to unlock that impact. • Maintain a strong pulse on key developments in target markets. • Manage funding decisions for the portfolio. • Review live performance data and track progress against agreed milestones. • Actively support partners to scale, identifying and solving constraints limiting their impact. • Contribute to learning and collaboration across the Prevail team.
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of experience working in or alongside companies or organizations that have grown significantly. • Experience in the education sector and/or with government systems can be helpful, but it’s not essential. • Experience influencing decisions from the outside as an external advisor or internal partner. • Experience working with partners, funders, and policy makers on shared goals. • Consistent track record of results. • Strong stakeholder coordination skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex problems.
