📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers throughout onboarding • Drive prospect conversions through detailed virtual product demonstrations • Assist prospects in setting up PriceLabs accounts and optimizing usage for their revenue management strategies • Communicate PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients • Meet and exceed performance expectations • Collaborate with Sales Ops to update and maintain CRM information and account history • Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover of accounts that grow beyond mid-market to Sales Ops and in-market Solution Consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2-3+ years) as an Account Executive, in Customer Success, or in other sales/customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS company • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written) • Adept at conducting product walk-throughs over video calls and communicating a product’s value and ROI • Track record of achieving defined sales performance metrics • Data-driven, analytical, and quantitative mindset • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships • Exceptionally well-organized and good time-management skills • Experience with the short-term rental market and managing US/European clients is a plus
