📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution • Conduct product walkthroughs and provide resolutions to customer queries • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer issues • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues • Answer questions over email, phone calls, and live video calls • Find ways to go above and beyond to help customers

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in Spain, Portugal, or Italy and have full work authorization in their country of residence • Professional/bilingual proficiency in at least one of French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian • Full professional proficiency in English • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience is preferred • Empathy and patience • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset • Strong academic performance in Mathematics at the secondary school level • Previous experience at a start-up or in a customer support role • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience with Databases, including SQL queries • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience working with Zohodesk or other support/service software
