• Identificherai e recluterai intermediari assicurativi iscritti nelle sezioni A e B del RUI; • Definirai i target commerciali, verificherai le performance e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business; • Formerai la rete; • Gestirai il contatto quotidiano con gli intermediari, supportato dal team di back-office in direzione.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ anni di esperienza nel settore assicurativo, preferibilmente nel ramo danni; • Forte conoscenza dei prodotti assicurativi motor e non motor; • Pragmatismo, mentalità imprenditoriale e forte orientamento al risultato; • Eccellenti doti comunicative e capacità di vendita.
