📋 Description

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable and consistent services • Write reusable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into software solutions • Define timelines and estimate effort • Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues • Ensure high code quality and performance • Stay up to date with new technologies and tools • Drive technology adoption when appropriate • Contribute to continuous learning and team growth • Join a team of over 350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations, and security • Help deliver scalable, impactful solutions shaping the future of insurance

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend development • Solid knowledge of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design • Strong English communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset • Experience working in an Agile environment • Good knowledge of functional programming languages (nice to have) • Professional experience with Rust and/or Elixir (nice to have) • First-hand experience of test-driven development (TDD), Event-Sourcing, and CQRS (nice to have) • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka (nice to have)
