📋 Description

• Build and evolve the shared AI/ML platform • Design and own core services, APIs and developer tools supporting AI and ML across their lifecycle • Solve engineering challenges involving scalability, reliability, observability and developer experience • Understand user needs and turn complex problems into simple, reusable platform capabilities • Work closely with engineers and data scientists • Own work from technical design through implementation and operation • Build shared services, APIs and developer tools enabling AI and Machine Learning experimentation, development and operation • Help teams move faster and reduce the complexity of building with AI and ML

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering experience with Python • Solid foundations in software design and architecture • Experience designing, building and operating reliable software systems • Strong engineering practices around testing, maintainability and code quality • Ability to tackle complex technical problems and make pragmatic design decisions • Ability to take ownership of solutions built • Curiosity about how AI is changing software engineering and pragmatic use of AI tools • Nice to have: experience building platforms, developer tooling, or production AI systems • Nice to have: hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies • Nice to have: familiarity with ML infrastructure and orchestration tools • Nice to have: experience with GenAI/LLM infrastructure, including model APIs, gateways, evaluation systems, observability or cost monitoring • Open to mid-level and senior engineers, with scope and ownership adapted to experience
