• Perform technical maintenance operations at customer sites • Carry out technical service calls and submit documentation in accordance with established procedures • Record service interventions using the company’s tools and systems • Report any anomalies encountered to the Safety Hotline • Follow safety procedures and instructions • Plan and optimize service routes • Record the component durations of service routes using the company’s tools and systems • Hold regular meetings with the manager • Recommend services suited to the customer’s needs • Forward requests or complaints to the relevant departments • Submit equipment orders • Conduct inventories of stock carried in the service vehicle • Ensure that tools and the vehicle are in good condition and undergo periodic calibration
• Technical or maintenance-focused training • Comfortable using computer systems • At least 3 years of technical experience in field service maintenance • Strong interpersonal and/or sales skills • Valid Category B driver’s license (essential for the role)
