• Edit 6–20 performance ads per week for real ad spend • Create hyperrealistic AI UGC, animated ads, and clean voiceovers • Develop hooks and creative variations based on performance data • Produce performance-focused creatives for Primal Storm's ecommerce business • Work with founders and a fully remote team • Progress through the XP System, where ads earn XP based on generated spend

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of DTC/e-commerce experience with a strong performance-ad portfolio • Proven DTC or ecommerce performance-ad experience • Ability to create hyperrealistic AI UGC that looks authentic and human • Ability to produce AI song ads and AI animations in Pixar-inspired, 3D, and claymation styles • Ability to deliver clean, natural-sounding voiceovers across every creative • Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently • Accountability, responsiveness, and long-term commitment • Ability to take ownership, communicate quickly, and flag blockers early • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Must be committed to working long-term and not seeking side work
