📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English through email, live chat, and social media • Support customers with orders, shipping, returns, refunds, subscriptions, and complaints • Retain subscribers by understanding concerns and preventing avoidable cancellations • Follow SOPs and brand guidelines while using judgment to find appropriate solutions • Escalate complex cases • Maintain accurate customer records • Encourage satisfied customers to share genuine reviews • Work rotating shifts to support customers 24/7

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 or equivalent) with excellent written communication skills • Professional English (B2 or higher) for internal communication and customer support • At least one year of customer support experience • Experience with DTC, subscription, or supplement brands is a plus • Reliable availability for agreed rotating shifts, including some nights and weekends • Flexibility to adjust working hours based on customer-support coverage needs • Stable internet, a backup connection, and a quiet workspace • Clear, friendly, and professional written English • Calm and proactive problem-solving • Ability to take ownership and communicate clearly under pressure • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Must provide a working link to a short 2-minute video in Spanish introducing yourself and sharing relevant customer support experience
