• CRM Management (GoHighLevel) • Own and optimize the entire GoHighLevel setup • Build and maintain automations, pipelines, forms, and workflows • Diagnose and resolve CRM issues quickly • Integrate GHL with calendars, funnels, email systems, and tracking tools • Maintain accurate data hygiene and reporting • Ensure a smooth, automated lead journey from first contact → sales → post-sale support • Respond to incoming emails, DMs, and inquiries in real time • Sort and prioritize leads (cold, warm, hot) and route qualified leads to the sales team • Book calls directly on the sales team’s calendar • Follow up consistently so no lead sits unanswered • Update CRM with every interaction and keep statuses clean • Provide calm, professional support to clients and direct them to the right internal teammate • Help improve overall response speed and maintain a high-quality client experience
• 3–5 years of related experience in CRM operations, administrative support, or client management • Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automation, and troubleshooting • Skilled in lead handling, client communication, and administrative support • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently and ensure smooth operations without supervision
