📋 Description

• Lead frontend architecture and technical direction for the self-serve onboarding and platform experience • Spend roughly 80% of hands-on coding time on frontend and 20% on backend, with flexibility as priorities shift • Partner with Design to take onboarding and platform experiences from concept to production • Mentor engineers and establish frontend craft standards • Set frontend conventions and quality standards, including architecture reviews, code quality, and testing approaches • Contribute to the Python backend to unblock frontend work or ship features end to end

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, proven frontend expertise, including production experience architecting and building complex frontend applications • Comfortable being the most senior frontend voice in the room • Some backend experience and willingness to work in a Python codebase • Experience mentoring other engineers • Applicants must be based in Portugal, Hungary, Poland, South Africa, or Romania • Appropriate working rights in the country of residence
