📋 Description

• Define, refine and document product features and enablers with clear customer value propositions and acceptance criteria • Support backlog refinement and prioritisation within an agile SAFe® environment • Participate in PI Planning, System Demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops with Product Managers, Product Owners and development teams • Monitor released-feature success using usage data, customer feedback and adoption metrics • Review prototypes, proof-of-concepts and release candidates • Contribute to business cases and Lean Portfolio Management epics • Conduct customer interviews, discovery workshops and co-design sessions with customers, partners and system integrators • Support pilot projects through planning, testing, feedback collection, evaluation and compliance with GDPR, NIS2 and relevant industry standards • Participate in customer meetings and support Sales activities as a technical product representative • Monitor market developments, competitor activities and emerging technologies in physical security and access control • Contribute to market entry strategies, positioning and pricing discussions • Create sales enablement materials, product documentation and training content • Develop articles, blog posts and thought leadership content • Collaborate with international Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Support colleagues • Use modern AI solutions for research, documentation, analysis and prototyping while ensuring quality, validation and data protection compliance • Explore innovative approaches to product discovery and development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business & IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline with a technical focus • 2 - 4 years of working experience in product management, technical consulting, software engineering, business analysis, or IoT/security solutions • Practical experience using AI tools for research, drafting, synthesis, and rapid prototyping, paired with critical thinking, sound judgment, and responsible data handling • Working knowledge of SAFe 6 or another scaled agile framework, including familiarity with Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Features, Stories and WSJF • Practical hands-on familiarity with Jira and Confluence • Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2 level), written and spoken • Fluent proficiency, written and spoken, in at least one of German, French, Dutch, or Spanish • High intellectual agility, strong curiosity, and confidence communicating with engineers, executive stakeholders, and external customers • Willingness to travel occasionally to European group subsidiaries, customer facilities, and industry events • Nice-to-have: data skills including SQL, Python or BI tools, and experience with rapid prototyping
