📋 Description

• Manage insurance products from the initial idea through rollout, further development, and market monitoring • Develop new and enhanced insurance solutions and services • Analyze and optimize processes in commercial, agricultural, and real estate insurance • Lead and support projects, often involving IT • Monitor sales KPIs and coordinate with internal stakeholders • Prepare and deliver presentations and product training sessions nationwide

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in commercial, agricultural, and real estate insurance, including liability insurance • Experience with the legal framework governing insurance or a completed degree in law • Ability to analyze complex data and derive practical recommendations for action • Confident use of digital tools and an interest in new technologies • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Proactive mindset, initiative, ability to contribute ideas, and willingness to learn • Sense of responsibility and reliability • Openness to innovative technologies • Willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in day-to-day work • Commitment to continuously developing your skills
