📋 Description
• Comprehensive end-to-end project controlling • You support projects across the entire corporate group – including international projects – throughout the full project lifecycle: from project approval through implementation to project closure. • You ensure budget compliance, monitor costs, revenues, cash flows and provisions, and identify deviations early. • You are responsible for creating, maintaining and tracking project budgets, forecasts and profitability analyses. • You prepare regular project and management reports (actual vs. planned comparisons, contribution margins, forecasts) and derive concrete recommendations for action. • You work closely with project managers, sales and project operations and support them as a commercial/financial sparring partner. • You actively participate in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements in ongoing and planned projects. • You analyze project structures, processes and cost developments and drive the further development of project controlling within the group. • You review project-related proposals, contracts and purchase orders for economic and formal correctness. • You ensure adherence to compliance, risk and controlling guidelines. • You support monthly, quarterly and annual closings as well as internal and external audits related to projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in project controlling, ideally in a project-oriented or international environment • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, budget management and profitability analyses • Experience identifying and realizing cost-saving and optimization potentials • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting • Excellent skills with MS Excel, Power BI or comparable BI tools • Fluent written and spoken English is required • Ideally good written and spoken German • Analytical, structured working style and strong communication skills when dealing with international stakeholders
