📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end sales controlling across the group and international business • Analyse lead volume and quality, funnel conversion rates, sales cycle length and hit rates • Assess campaign and sales activity effectiveness • Analyse order intake, revenue and contribution margins by region, product, customer and sales channel • Prepare, maintain and track sales plans, forecasts and revenue/volume budgets • Prepare sales and management reports, including actual-vs-plan, margin, pipeline and forecast analyses • Develop sales KPIs and dashboards and ensure reliable HubSpot and ERP data • Collaborate with sales management, key account management, marketing and project controlling • Analyse discount and pricing structures, customer profitability and product margins • Evaluate sales and marketing investment returns, including cost per lead, customer acquisition cost and campaign ROI • Support quotation costing, post-calculation and commercial evaluation of tenders, framework agreements and service contracts • Contribute to sales targets, commission and bonus scheme design and effectiveness reviews • Review quotations, orders and terms agreements for commercial accuracy and compliance • Support approval processes, closings and internal and external audits • Ensure adherence to controlling, risk and compliance guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in sales controlling, commercial controlling or sales finance • Experience ideally in a project- or solution-driven, international environment • Strong understanding of the entire sales funnel, including lead generation, pipeline and forecast management, pricing and margin mechanics • Experience with a CRM system, ideally HubSpot, and ERP systems • Experience identifying and realising earnings and optimisation potentials in sales • Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting • Excellent command of MS Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools • Analytical and structured working style • Strong communication skills with international stakeholders • Business fluent English, written and spoken, is essential • German language skills are an advantage
