📋 Description

• Run the integration of third-party products, such as video, intrusion detection or building management, with access control and time recording systems • Act as the main contact for partner developers and Primion R&D • Agree on interfaces, scope and timelines and keep stakeholders informed • Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria • Participate in sprint reviews and integration tests • Identify and resolve blockers between teams before they delay releases • Scout products that close portfolio gaps and compare them systematically • Maintain the partner pipeline and prepare feasibility checks and gap analyses • Contribute to business cases, pricing and partner agreements • Create sales material and train Sales and Service on new partner solutions • Track partner-solution performance and propose improvements • Use AI tools to research, write specifications and build prototypes efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification • 2 to 4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, technical project management or solution engineering • Experience with software integrations or APIs is ideal • Daily use of AI tools, with the ability to demonstrate how they changed the way you work • Ability to read API documentation • Ability to discuss integration design with developers and estimate effort • Effective communication with technical stakeholders and partners • Ability to familiarise yourself quickly with complex topics and progressively take ownership of ongoing work • Business fluent English language skills • German language skills are a plus • Interest in security technology • Experience with access control or physical security is a plus
