📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise on Germany’s energy supply market • Advise on Grundversorgung, customer lifecycle processes, billing, market communication, supplier switching, and regulatory requirements • Translate complex business processes into scalable operational and technical solutions • Work with product, engineering, and business teams • Support digital transformation, process automation, and modern utility platform initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Native German speaker • 5+ years of experience in the German energy market • Deep knowledge of Grundversorgung and regulated utility processes • Experience with billing, customer operations, and market communication • Ability to work with product, engineering, and business teams • Knowledge of Germany’s energy supply market, particularly Grundversorgung, customer lifecycle processes, billing, market communication, supplier switching, and regulatory requirements • Hands-on experience working with utilities, energy suppliers, or energy technology platforms • Strong domain expertise and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience with digital transformation, process automation, or modern utility platforms such as Kraken is highly desirable • Knowledge of GPKE, MaKo, WiM, and related German market processes is a strong advantage • Python/data analysis skills are a plus, not a must-have
