📋 Description

• You are responsible for our inventory and purchasing planning across all channels — forecasting, multichannel inventory, and product availability. • You ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. • You negotiate with suppliers, compare offers and prices, and secure the best terms. • You keep the chain under control from production through our logistics partners to Amazon fulfillment centers (DE & UK). • You build the operational foundation on which we scale — creating structure where tasks are still done manually today. • You actively support the opening of new channels and markets. • You accelerate analyses, forecasts, and decisions with AI — building smart tools and automations.

🎯 Requirements

• Supply-chain background: You come from Supply Chain / Operations and understand the interdependencies of purchasing, inventory, inventory velocity, and capital tied up. • Hands-on mentality: Repetitive manual work is a bug, not a feature. • AI curiosity: You use AI not only for copy but as a tool to improve processes and decisions — and want to deepen that expertise. • Data-driven: You work cleanly and structured with data and derive real decisions from it. • Languages: German at native level, good English. • Nice to have, not required: Experience building dashboards, analyses, or your own (SaaS) tools. • A basic technical understanding (e.g., initial scripting or automation experience) is a plus — you don't need to be a developer.
