📋 Description
• Manage and maintain hotel distribution systems • Work with OTAs, channel managers and connectivity platforms • Assist with system configurations and integrations • Troubleshoot system and connectivity issues • Optimise online distribution • Provide support and guidance to hospitality clients • Work closely with clients, technology providers and internal teams
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with hotel distribution systems, OTAs and/or channel managers • Strong hospitality technology knowledge • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • A proactive, solutions-focused approach • Experience with platforms such as SiteMinder & NightsBridge or similar would be advantageous
